A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist / HR Generalist. Key Responsibilities Provide HR support and guidance to leaders and employees Lead investigations into employee relations concerns and ensure compliant resolutions Drive performance management processes and support team development initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee relations PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus Strong understanding of employment law and effective HR strategies Leadership experience with a problem-solving approach and business acumen
