3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support in Benefits Administration or Human Capital Management
Advanced knowledge of benefits administration systems, SaaS, and payroll processes
Subject matter expertise in data imports, exports, and payroll
Strong client-facing communication skills and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple integration assignments and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
