IT and HR Operations Coordinator
A company is looking for an IT & HR Operations Coordinator to support onboarding and training initiatives part-time.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for new hires, guiding them through IT setup and processes
Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance the onboarding process and manage equipment provisioning
Assist with employee lifecycle events and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR operations, IT support, or a hybrid role
Familiarity with onboarding processes and HRIS/LMS systems
Knowledge of both Mac and PC hardware and software environments
Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, and similar platforms is a plus
