A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, IT Compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and document strategies to ensure IT practices comply with relevant laws and regulations Conduct compliance assessments and oversee junior analysts in evaluating organizational adherence to standards Lead the development and communication of IT policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Security/Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred 10+ years in a compliance role within a large IT department, including experience with PCI and SOX 10+ years of experience in conducting assessments and applying access controls and IAM principles 5+ years of experience in cross-functional technology teams and project management 1+ years of experience as an auditor for IT systems; experience in the cruise or travel industry preferred
