IT Service Desk Professional
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Professional I to provide remote IT support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone IT technical support for desktop applications, network troubleshooting, and clinical application support
Utilize IT tools to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues while logging and documenting troubleshooting steps
Participate in on-call support during non-business hours and ensure maximum customer service and issue ownership
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma/GED with one year of certification from college or technical school or at least one year of customer service experience
Knowledge of computer, printer, and network troubleshooting and installation procedures
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft products
Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed and scheduled
