IT Support Coordinator
A company is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to ensure smooth technical operations for brokers and internal users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support for system-related issues to brokers and internal users
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues while managing IT support tickets
Identify recurring issues and develop user guides and training materials for self-service support
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in an IT support role, preferably in an insurance environment
Familiarity with insurance systems such as Vertafore MGA Systems, ImageRight, and Salesforce
Basic understanding of databases and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
