Transcription Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate, Transcription. Key Responsibilities: Oversee onboarding and engagement for gig contract transcriptionists, including training and resource provision Lead the recruitment process for gig contract transcriptionists, including sourcing and integrating new candidates Manage communications related to transcription, ensuring clarity on expectations and best practices Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in a fast-growth, operationally-intensive company Analytical experience, preferably with SQL or Microsoft Excel Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and complex scheduling Strong interest in the legal or legal-tech industry Experience working with independent contractors and/or gig workers is a plus
