A company is looking for a Joint Pole Admin to work remotely in a contract position. Key Responsibilities Manage joint pole inventory data between telecommunications companies, third-party attachers, and power companies Escalate discrepancies in data to the client or engineer for resolution Assist team leadership in tracking relevant data for the inventory management process Required Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to use databases and search for information within them Proficiency in accurate and quick data entry Familiarity with NJUNS, ALDEN ONE, and SPANS is preferred but not necessary
