A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient customer service by addressing incoming calls and resolving concerns regarding claims and eligibility
Assist customers with inquiries and guide them through portal navigation and technical issues
Document calls accurately and interact professionally with team members and clients while meeting production targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid knowledge, is strongly desired
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
