A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Corporate. Key Responsibilities Support compliance with SEC and NYSE filings and oversee corporate governance matters Handle treasury and financing matters, including bond offerings and credit facilities Provide legal advice on tax matters and assist with mergers and acquisitions Required Qualifications 4 to 8 years of relevant corporate lawyer experience at a top-tier law firm or publicly traded company Law Degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar Ability to perform sophisticated legal work independently or manage other legal professionals Expertise in relevant areas of legal practice to effectively counsel clients Experience with the '33 and '34 Act and NYSE regulations preferred but not required
