Key Account Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for a Sales Partner Enablement professional to support its Key Accounts team and drive effectiveness in sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Key Accounts to drive upsells, sales, and enrollments
Design, implement, and oversee enablement programs aligned with Key Accounts' strategic goals
Develop and manage training content and sales enablement tools for Key Account S/AEs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in a B2B sales, partner enablement, training, or operations role
Experience working with Health Plans or PBMs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to think qualitatively and quantitatively about go-to-market strategies
Experience with HighSpot is a plus
