A company is looking for a Claims Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert in Inforce Claims Operations. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships by assessing specific needs and customizing service communications Review and resolve complex claims issues through thorough research and appropriate action Provide technical expertise on legislative assignments and participate in various departmental projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required 5-7 years of claims experience required, with 7-10 years preferred Claims industry designations (FLMI, Series 6 or 26, HIAA) are preferred Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and organizational skills
