Labor Sales Executive
A company is looking for an RVP, Labor Sales to expand its presence in the labor market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Labor strategy to achieve pipeline and bookings targets Build the company's footprint in the Labor market through relationships and industry events Win new business by presenting the value proposition to prospects and managing sales forecasts Required Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience in Labor healthcare/point solution sales Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas In-depth knowledge of the Taft-Hartley market and health & welfare fund operations Proven ability to manage complex business partnerships and grow revenue Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
