Key Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs
Lead the monthly merit and bonus plan process
Conduct market analysis and participate in compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive compensation work experience
Experience supporting and evaluating compensation models and processes
Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities
Market compensation software skills
