Lead Identity Engineer
A company is looking for a Lead Identity Engineer - IBM ISIM. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions Act as the Subject Matter Expert for IBM ISIM across multiple client engagements Oversee implementation of provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle, connectors, and integration with external systems Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3+ years hands-on with IBM ISIM Strong experience with IAM concepts: provisioning, federation, RBAC, SSO, policy enforcement, etc Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Shell, Jython) and configuration of IBM ISIM Knowledge of directory services: LDAP, Active Directory, and integration with IAM platforms Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and REST/SOAP APIs
