A company is looking for a Lead IT Process Engineer (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide business analysis techniques and implement improvements in process engineering Own tasks, projects, and programs in IT domains, conducting complex process design changes Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and develop user requirement specifications Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university A minimum of eight (8) years of process engineering or business analysis experience in a healthcare IT setting Professional Business Analysis (PBA) and/or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred Experience in Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC / Waterfall environments Proven ability to lead multiple business analyst efforts and influence stakeholders
