Key Responsibilities Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion Draft position statements and respond to agency requests for information Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations Required Qualifications Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels Minimum of six years of employment law experience Experience in drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings or mediations Active bar license in the state of residence Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
