Lead Solutions Analyst
A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to EHR for Practice groups and Care Coach products. Key Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer support and resolve client challenges related to application administration and configuration Document issues and resolutions thoroughly using the help desk ticketing system Mentor team members and assist in training and evaluating staff Required Qualifications: 3-4 years of practical experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications Strong understanding of business processes within long-term care or medical facilities Experience using diagnostic tools such as Kibana and App Dynamics Demonstrable experience in a leadership role Formalized approach to problem-solving; certification in RCA is an asset
