Lead Technical Account Manager
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager - eDiscovery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of projects and minimize service impact
Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
Drive internal service review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms, troubleshooting complex technical issues
Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
ITIL Certification and Relativity Expert/Master certification preferred
Knowledge of the e-discovery industry and products
