Lead Technician - Network Operations
A company is looking for a Lead Technician - Global Network Operations Center - Weekend Day Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of Tier I, II, and III technicians
Provide technical leadership for resolving critical and complex network issues
Mentor and coach technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of experience in telecommunications or network operations, including leadership roles
Extensive knowledge of Layer 1 network technologies and management systems
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage high-pressure situations
Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement
