Learning and Development Manager
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the roadmap for the Learning and Development (L&D) team and track progress Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver L&D solutions, including compliance training programs Create engaging e-learning content and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 8 to 10 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field Experience designing innovative learning solutions using various modalities Strong background in compliance training within a regulated environment Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
