Learning and Development Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy
Design, implement, and oversee training programs including onboarding and leadership development
Partner with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted learning solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong project management skills
Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organization is a plus
