Salesforce CRM Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRM team, ensuring high-quality solutions and operational data
Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development frameworks
Experience with Azure cloud resources for systems integrations
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
