Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Learning Solutions Architects in instructional design and learning experience design Engage with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training solutions with business objectives Oversee the development and execution of innovative learning solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards Required Qualifications BA or advanced degree where required 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Experience in managing and developing teams in a learning environment Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align learning initiatives with business needs
