Key Responsibilities Develops compliance content addressing new legislation for internal and client distribution Collaborates with the Compliance team and client service teams to ensure compliance needs are met Provides timely support for compliance questions and contributes to the development of training materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Juris Doctor preferred Four or more years of experience in employee benefits and compliance Experience drafting white papers and delivering compliance training Active state bar license preferred
