Legislative Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Legislative Services Compliance Manager II. Key Responsibilities Monitor state and federal regulations and prepare compliance guidance documentation Manage state regulatory reporting and oversee internal implementation efforts related to new legislation Develop client communications and lead training on regulatory changes impacting the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 7 years of related experience in regulatory compliance Ability to analyze legislation for applicability to the PBM business Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relational databases Solid working knowledge of current state and federal regulatory requirements
