Key Responsibilities Manage client and internal meetings, facilitating discussions and gathering critical information Accountable for member group escalations related to claims and eligibility Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation regarding decisions and risks Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, digital health, or employer benefits Active producer license Experience with ZenDesk and Jira is a plus Strong work ethic and a passion for improving healthcare access Ability to operate autonomously in fast-changing environments
