Licensed Account Manager
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Ancillary Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Service small and large group clients as the primary broker contact
Utilize ancillary benefits knowledge to address service inquiries and manage renewal negotiations
Oversee the sold case implementation process and maintain service activities in the CRM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
1-3 years of experience in an account management or service role within a carrier or brokerage
Understanding of ancillary products such as dental, vision, life, and disability
Active life, accident, and health license
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational changes
