Licensed Business Counsel

A company is looking for a Manager or Associate Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs. Key Responsibilities Research, draft, negotiate, and organize company policies, documents, and agreements Ensure compliance with contracts and policies while communicating with marketplace partners Train and counsel internal business partners on compliance processes and manage corporate documentation Required Qualifications Two (2) or more years managing the performance and contributions of others Two (2) or more years' experience in a law firm or company handling similar tasks E-commerce and consumer products experience preferred Licensed to practice law in the United States Two (2) or more years' experience as an attorney in similar roles
