A company is looking for a Licensed Client Engagement Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and referring complex needs to Virtual Advisors Initiate calls and emails in response to marketing campaigns and effectively manage the client pipeline Employ consultative sales skills to identify client needs and facilitate connections with expert advisors Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred 3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
