A company is looking for a Clinical & Operations Manager to develop and manage mental health operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation of clinical operations Recruit and manage all staff within the operational team Ensure clinical services are delivered in line with global standards and maintain governance protocols Qualifications: Relevant clinical qualification, preferably as a Psychologist Registration with local medical/psychological councils Minimum of 5 years management experience in EAP operations Minimum of 10 years working experience in the EAP field Knowledge of telephony systems and online clinical systems
