Care Coordination Advocate
A company is looking for a Care Coordination Advocate to guide members through their healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities Review new cases for eligibility and coordinate member care/appointments Communicate daily with members regarding their case status and update cases as needed Negotiate agreements and collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and providers on member cases Required Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration 1+ years of experience in Advocacy, Prior Authorization, or Case Management preferred Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
