A company is looking for a Clinical Programs Manager/Pharmacist. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve formulary process excellence to ensure accuracy in formulary file creation and maintenance Provide clinical expertise to clients regarding drug utilization, drug information pipeline, and formulary management Lead and mentor direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school Licensed and registered Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing in the state of residence Minimum of 3 years of Pharmacist experience in a managed care setting Experience with formulary management in commercial Medicare and/or Medicaid environments Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially strong Excel skills
