A company is looking for a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Handle moderate to complex policy and billing inquiries from customers Document customer requests and complete changes to policies accurately Ensure customer satisfaction and first call resolution on all transactions Required Qualifications Possession of a Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty License 0-2 years of experience in customer service (preferred) Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes Ability to manage and resolve routine and complex inquiries Capability to document and track customer interactions in databases
