Licensed Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Inspire and lead a team of licensed Sales Agents to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience to small business customers
Monitor performance and quality by tracking key sales metrics and conducting regular QA reviews
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and strong foundation in the product and sales process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience with knowledge of coverage types across industries
2+ years of sales team leadership experience in a high-velocity environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable team performance
Active Property & Casualty license required
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
