Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a remote team in conducting risk adjustment audits Oversee quality assurance and process improvement initiatives for clinical documentation integrity Develop strategies for provider education and engagement Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in risk adjustment and auditing 5+ years of leadership experience managing clinical and/or coding teams 3+ years of experience in provider education Recent hands-on experience with v28 HCC coding and guidelines CPC certification is required; CRC and CPMA are preferred
