Key Responsibilities Drive and maintain Commercial Planning across departments, ensuring effective communication of the Calendar Partner with various teams to facilitate quarterly content planning schedules and lead demand-driving campaign execution Proactively identify improvements in Commercial Planning and Digital processes to enhance organizational efficiency Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in people management 5+ years of proven success in a fast-paced environment, preferably in eCommerce Education in Marketing or a related field is preferred Strong ability to anticipate obstacles and adapt strategies as needed Experience coordinating activities among cross-functional teams
