Senior Proposal Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Analyst to support client acquisition and partnership opportunities through strategic proposal content development. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage proposal content aligned with organizational and client strategic initiatives Train and mentor Proposal Analysts in the RFP process and business acumen Draft persuasive responses to RFPs and other sales-related documents while coordinating project activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare setting managing the RFP process Experience writing creative and persuasive proposals for at least three years Experience developing complex business strategies with a consultative-sales approach for at least three years Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products for a minimum of five years
