Manager of DEI Programs
A company is looking for a Manager of DEI Programs & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) ambassador, aligning ERG strategic plans with overall DEI efforts
Provide strategic guidance to ERGs and stakeholders, supporting organizational transformation and increasing business impact
Develop learning and development resources for ERG leaders and coordinate educational opportunities related to diversity and inclusion
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in DEI and/or Learning & Development
Strong project management skills for handling complex projects
Experience in driving data-driven programs and analyzing outcomes
Ability to build relationships across different functions
Self-starter motivated to create and implement new programs
