Manager of Technical Recruiting
A company is looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical Recruiting).
Key Responsibilities
Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs
Develop and track key performance metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness and experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum eight years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred
At least two years in a talent acquisition leadership role
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
