Key Responsibilities Provide non-clinical support for policies and procedures related to treatment and care for members Support Clinical Pharmacy Review Appeals and Reimbursement departments for prior authorizations on pharmaceuticals Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and conduct briefings and area meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience in process improvement or process design and implementation Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong database software skills Experience in the health service industry or healthcare finance Understanding of strategic planning and customer loyalty programs
