Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute site agreement negotiation services and investigator grant estimates Oversee departmental processes, compliance, and performance management of Site Agreements staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to legal policies and improve service efficiency Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with 5 years in a Contracts department or law firm At least 3 years of management experience required Fluency in English and local language from the region is required Experience in fiscal management and budget oversight is preferred
