Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of advanced market research studies and develop actionable research frameworks
Synthesize insights from various data sources to inform strategic recommendations and align with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in market research, business, marketing, psychology, statistics, economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research or consumer insights
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with advanced analytical skills
Experience presenting research findings to executive audiences and managing high-stakes projects
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and complex survey design methodologies
