A company is looking for a Supervisor - Call Center (Remote). Key Responsibilities Supervise call center staff to ensure quality standards and procedures are met Conduct interviews and recommend hiring and promotions for call center employees Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions in collaboration with Human Resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the U.S Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a favorable clearance
