Massachusetts Licensed Phone Triage RN

A company is looking for a Phone Triage RN for an After Hours Call Program. Key Responsibilities Field calls and conduct virtual visits within a clinically appropriate scope Utilize Schmitt-Thompson nurse triage guidelines/protocols and the Epic EMR system Provide telephonic support and clinical guidance to patients during after-hours Required Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts A minimum of six years of nursing experience Preferred experience in primary care/family medicine Strongly preferred experience in pediatric nursing Preferred ambulatory phone triage experience
