A company is looking for a Medical/Scientific Director, Pipeline - Rheumatology. Key Responsibilities Lead medical affairs activities and strategies for pipeline assets Develop and maintain relationships with external experts and facilitate clinical data generation Coordinate internal scientific activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or PhD in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of clinical development or medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry (10 years for non-MD) Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment Experience working within the specific therapeutic area is highly preferred
