A company is looking for a Membership Retention Associate Specialist to join their Member Care Unit. Key Responsibilities Retain current members by discussing membership benefits and addressing cancellation requests Provide professional counseling on membership inquiries and services Meet or exceed established production goals in a high-volume contact center environment Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two to five years of customer sales and service and/or retention experience Previous inside sales experience focusing on customer care is desirable Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire Exceptional attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
