Loan Complaints Specialist
A company is looking for a Loan Complaints Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess incoming complaints related to consumer and business loans
Investigate complaint details to determine root causes and necessary actions
Respond to customer complaints professionally and draft written responses addressing concerns
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with a financial institution or payment provider preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
Experience in direct customer-facing roles is a must
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments independently
Proficiency in PC skills, with SQL experience being a plus
