A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 12 - Communication, Connections and Navigation Analyst. Key Responsibilities Act as a resource for service guidance and information on community-based services for children and youth Facilitate clinical reviews and assist stakeholders in accessing necessary services Monitor, track, evaluate, and disseminate data related to information sharing and education for families and child service professionals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in any major is required Preferred: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling Preferred: Full or limited license as a Social Worker in Michigan Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced (P11) level in state service Active-duty experience in the uniformed services may substitute for education requirements
