Mid Market Sales Executive
A company is looking for an RVP, Mid Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of self-insured employer clients in the designated territory
Manage deals from initial conversation to close, including contract negotiation
Collaborate with Customer Success for successful implementation and renewals
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the specified territory (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM, AK, HI)
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in employer sales with a track record of closing complex deals
Subject matter expertise in healthcare or employee health benefits
History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
