Minnesota Licensed Medicare Sales Agent
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent to assist customers with their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while meeting performance and compliance goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
No prior insurance license required; training provided to obtain necessary state licenses
Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
Ability to meet established performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
Flexibility to work full-time with potential weekend shifts based on business needs
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
