Key Responsibilities Create, implement, and execute a Mortgage Compliance Risk System and Assessment Plan Develop proactive monitoring processes to identify compliance risks and concerns Execute an annual testing plan and communicate results with recommended solutions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education College degree, preferably a bachelor's in business administration 8+ years of experience in Mortgage Originations Operations 4+ years of recent Mortgage Compliance/Mortgage Risk Management experience Experience working in Encompass is preferred 2+ years in a Senior position is highly preferred
